A true Neapolitan pizza made with dough prepared daily with Caputo Blue Tipo 00 flour & cold proofed for 48 hours. We hand crush San Marzano tomatoes, and we use only the finest meats and vegetables available on the market. We bake using kiln-dried firewood at 800 degrees in hand built ovens by Stefano Ferrara delivered to Champaign from Naples, Italy.
